Kalishnikov Type-56
Dutt has been convicted for holding a AK56 assault weapon, which is glad news simply coz the law shows signs of hope at times, but there is a funny statement accompanying the whole thing.
Judge Kode said, "Sanjay Dutt is not a terrorist but he kept the weapons for his own protection."A gun AND a Kalishnikov Type-56 for protection? In India? As though a Civil War is in progress?
We have limited information, obviously, but that is a LOT of protection alright.

Dude Govar,
I m not telling that Sanju Baba was entirely guiltless, what with him being friends with the wrong sort of people and going as far as storing their weapons for them, but hey, give the man a chance to correct his mistakes.
Look at his impeccable record for the past 13 odd years since the arrest. I guess the whole incident has matured him quite a bit.

I really have no idea abt this guy but you can't pardon these guys coz you aren't correcting these guys through punishment but are stopping others in the future from doing the same thing. You being a movie fan must have watched Decalogue... the exact dilemma. You can't help even if this guy is snow white... coz u do it for posterity.
And btw, he wouldn't've dared to cross any line in these 13 years coz he knows the media is waiting to punce on him given the slightest chance.
